This derivative of traditional Hatha yoga focuses on creating the physical scaffolding necessary for optimal energetic circulation and fluid movement atop that foundation. Incorporating a variety of techniques students will strengthen and refine their tensile strength and awareness of alignment. Thoughtfully sequenced traditional movement patterns will be presented in a creative context which will highlight both the poses and the space in between them. This practice is aimed at a wide range of practitioners, with a moderate level of intensity. Modifications are offered to make the practice more accessible or more challenging.
