Paddle Lessons
Private or semi-private paddle sessions will introduce you to the fundamentals of SUP in a fun and safe environment. By learning basic to intermediate stroke techniques you’ll soon be able to make paddle boarding a total body workout. At MBS, we will help you build a strong foundation for all your future solo paddling adventures.
SUP Yoga
Private SUP Yoga sessions are a chance to schedule a special time on the water either solo, or with your besties, that will tailer to your own specific wants. During a one-on-one session, students can design their practice for their specific needs and interests, celebrate a milestone or special event, add a theme to the class, or a personalized playlist.
Think outside the box and on the board for your bachelorette party, bridal shower, graduation celebration or pre-wedding adventure!
